Full Papers (15 pages maximum) are expected to contribute widely applicable knowledge to the discipline. All submissions are electronic and the review process is double-blind. Accepted papers will be presented in the conference program and published in the proceedings, under an ISBN reference, edited by a recognized academic publisher (contracted soon). Posters are short (two pages) papers of research presented in one text page + one A0 format (84 cm wide x 119 cm high) poster in the interactive poster session of the conference. All poster submissions are electronic and submitted to the review process. Workshops will be held prior to the main program of the conference. Their purpose is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a less formal way than the conference itself. Each workshop is expected to include ample time for general discussion. Workshop days : 4 and 5 July 2011
